FOOD distribution
OHU’s food distribution program serves seniors, people with disabilities, and IDPs in Izmail, Odesa. Our staff distributes food packages at The Church of the Holy Myrrh-Bearing Women twice weekly, totaling 1,880 packages monthly. Additionally, we provide home deliveries twice monthly for bedridden individuals.
For IDPs and families facing financial hardships, our staff takes them shopping to select their own essential groceries and household items, empowering them to make choices that best suit their families’ needs and circumstances. Since 2023, OHU has distributed 46,738 food packages to our aid recipients.

February 2023: Program Launch

November 2023: Expansion to 3 new villages – Saf’yany, Utkonosivka, and Kyslytsya
